iMove™ Enhances Experienced Management Team
iMove adds CEO, Vice Presidents of Business Development and Product Development

Portland, Ore. – iMove™ Inc., the provider of Multiview Interactive VideoTM, today announced three appointments to its executive staff. These include Kermit Yensen as CEO, Steve Crispinelli as vice president of business development and Brian Hunt as vice president of product development. As a fledgling technology company, these key additions complement a talented and experienced executive team and position iMove for future innovation and success.

Yensen brings more than 20 years of management experience to iMove. He joined iMove in December and is overseeing all marketing, financial, sales and product and business development efforts for the company. Most recently, Yensen was the vice president of worldwide marketing for Tektronix’s Measurement Business Division. At Tektronix, he was responsible for a staff of 300 people and the execution of Tektronix marketing campaigns for U.S., European, Pacific, Latin American and Japanese markets. The last assignment of his 11 years at Hewlett-Packard Company was as director of product marketing for HP’s portable computer division. During this period, Yensen was responsible for a set of products that included the HP 95LX and the HP Omnibook series. He holds a masters degree in business from Harvard University.

Crispinelli, with more than 25 years of management, sales and business development experience, will manage all business development activities for iMove. He began working with iMove in March. Previously, Crispinelli was the vice president of global sales for Network24 Communications and vice president of global business development for CyberCash. At CyberCash, he generated 80 percent of the company’s revenue in 1997 and helped establish international business relationships. He received a bachelor of science degree in business from Fordham University.

Hunt has more than 11 years of experience in the information technology industry. He came to iMove in April to manage product development for iMove’s production and delivery system. Hunt has served as vice president of technology and chief technology officer at GreetingGifts Inc. where he was responsible for all technologies used by the company including software engineering, computer graphics, flash animation, photo rendering and network infrastructure. He has also worked as an information technology architect for IBM Global Services. Hunt earned a masters degree in systems management at the University of Southern California.
